Prompt #11

In high school, I did a photo assignment with this prompt, and my photo was of an old TV in the woods behind my house because I am incredibly creative and not a photographer. (It’s not the above photo, though. Apparently, TVs in greenery are a common concept) ANYWAY, this prompt and next week’s prompt both focus on juxtaposition and contrast—of ideas, images, motifs, characters, everything.

In the medium of your choice, write about something or someone that is out of place. Write about something in a place, time, or situation where it does not belong. Set your timer for 10 minutes, and write!
