Today’s lil weekly bite is about the assumptions we make about people——and characters——based on their dwellings or environment. Take what comes to mind when you see the images, then dig deeper and find more detail and fun. Get weird. It’s a bit of a “Find the difference” game. What makes these dwellings (and thus, the characters) different? Is your timer set?? Are you somewhere comfy? Write for at least 10 minutes, but you can go longer if getting to know these people is fun for you! Ok, ready, go!

Decide who lives in each home. Describe them, and write an exchange between them that includes a neighborly conflict. The choice of medium is yours.
